Testosterone, Aging and Good Health

Image result for Testosterone, Aging and Good HealthAs a specialist in male patients over 40, I hear many protests against fatigue, almost complete lack of sexual vitality, weight gain, leanness, and gloom. Since they realize that their protests are only helping them to mature and that they can not do anything about it, I would like to inform them about my neighbor George, who is 89 years old.

George is a demonstration of his male maturity. It is an excellent conversation partner full of essential substances that never has more than a rare and mild virus. He seeks his enthusiasm to venture into the four corners of the planet as a much younger man, accompanied by his beautiful companion. One day I told myself that it was more likely than ever that he found the source of youth in one of his movements. As a result, George revealed to me that he had always been decently fed, prepared and ingested nutrients while taking testosterone supplements for a long time! I was not surprised how important a high testosterone level was for the physical and enthusiastic wealth of a man, regardless of his age, especially as he became more and more established.

In this two-part agreement, I would like to talk about the shortcomings of testosterone, a male hormone, causes, and indications. The second part discusses testosterone supplementation techniques and some of the measures you can take to ensure that your testosterone levels remain ideal. First, look at two things that can help lower testosterone levels.

Modern world full of estrogen

There have always been reasons why a man's testosterone levels may be too low, including the characteristics of their birth, diet/diet deficiencies, and overall maturity, all in all. We will discuss this in Part II in general. However, there is an explicit factor that I would like to discuss here. a reaction of current innovation that has become a fundamentally important medical problem: of course.

In today's world, we use fertilizers to keep our gardens green, pesticides and hormones to make our food, and plastic dumps from our microwaves, water jars, and doors. -foods. These variables make it similar: they contain xenoestrogens, an ecological interpretation of estrogen, a female sex hormone. These estrogens enter our diet and water supply and can lead to testosterone inequalities in humans. A multi-year study of men's testosterone levels revealed that overall testosterone levels dropped by 17% between 1987 and 2004.

An excessive amount of estrogen in a man's body can be detrimental to feminization, for example:

o enlarged breasts

Obesity - especially belly fat.

Inability to get or support an erection

o low sperm count

Facial / body hair diminished / brighter

Because they are so common in our condition and our food supply, it is almost difficult not to interact with ecological estrogens. Anyway, here are some basic things you can do every day to stay away:

o Avoid all pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Wash your products well with an exceptional wash that you can buy in most product areas.

o Use a decent water channel for your faucet.

o Buy hormone-free meat and dairy products, if possible.

o Do not microwave food in plastic compartments and do not use plastic wrap to cover microwave power.

Warming can cause synthetic compounds to penetrate your food. Instead, buy brands that only use a cardboard hotplate. Use wax paper to cover your food.

o Use glass or faience products in every conceivable place to store food.

o Do not leave plastic racks in the sun, especially with soft drinks or drinking water. The heat presentation releases synthetic compounds in your refreshment. Remove them when heated and do not drink the substance of the pot.

Demonstrations and concerns about low levels of testosterone concerning health

Testosterone may decrease in men as young as 30 but usually begins in middle age, usually between the late 1940s and mid-60s. After extensive research, 2 to 4 million Americans have low testosterone levels and about 5% of them are being treated. Low testosterone levels not only make you distressed but can also worsen certain diseases, such as:

o heart disease

o Problems with the prostate

o Diabetes beginners in adults

o Osteoporosis

o depression

A significant number of my male patients come with the accompanying events and I recommend conducting a baseline blood test to test their testosterone levels. Events include:

o unusual weakness (but this can be associated with many medical problems)

Erectile dysfunction (may be related to testosterone or heart)

Sleep worsening (extreme, inadequate)

o Reduced / lighter bristles

o sweat

o depression

o The decrease in stamina, volume and physical recovery after the action

o weak bones, cracks

Increased weight/appropriation of fat (breasts and stomach)

o misfortune of memory

o Psychological manifestations can be diminished inspiration, weakened judgment, foggy speculation, lack of strength and lack of concern.

Would it be a good idea to take testosterone?

If you have any of the above symptoms, a simple blood test can determine your testosterone level. Although younger men with low testosterone levels often receive testosterone infusions, some experts wonder if they would recommend it to more experienced men, though side effects and blood tests may be warranted. The vast majority of concerns stem from earlier beliefs that higher testosterone levels increase the risk of male malignant prostate growth. In any case, the Journal of the National Cancer Institute recently announced that there are no real circumstances or logical results between higher testosterone levels and prostate disease.

Previously, the widespread use of some type of testosterone in anabolic steroids by competitors and bodybuilders and their negative effects on heart function were also worrying. However, like my neighbor George, many men have taken testosterone supplements for quite some time without any adverse effects. This has allowed them to stay alive and strong throughout the peak years. Part II will progressively review regular and established testosterone supplementation strategies.

Although lowering testosterone levels is a hallmark of more experience, you do not have to live with personal satisfaction that influences the indications that can cause it. Likewise, an equal number of women will receive estrogen replacement therapy during menopause and have many medical benefits. Men can also benefit from a testosterone supplement. As I tell my patients, it is quite possible to regain or maintain testosterone levels so you can have vitality, fantastic sexual living, ideal weight, and a brilliant mindset. We return to the game!
