As a
specialist in male patients over 40, I hear many protests against fatigue,
almost complete lack of sexual vitality, weight gain, leanness, and gloom.
Since they realize that their protests are only helping them to mature and that
they can not do anything about it, I would like to inform them about my
neighbor George, who is 89 years old.
George is a
demonstration of his male maturity. It is an excellent conversation partner
full of essential substances that never has more than a rare and mild virus. He
seeks his enthusiasm to venture into the four corners of the planet as a much
younger man, accompanied by his beautiful companion. One day I told myself that
it was more likely than ever that he found the source of youth in one of his

can do every day to stay away:
o Avoid all
pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Wash your products well with an

o Use a
decent water channel for your faucet.
o Buy
hormone-free meat and dairy products, if possible.
o Do not
microwave food in plastic compartments and do not use plastic wrap to cover
microwave power.
Warming can

Testosterone

If you have
any of the above symptoms, a simple blood test can determine your testosterone
level. Although younger men with low testosterone levels often receive

majority of concerns stem from earlier beliefs that higher testosterone levels

prostate disease.
Previously,
the widespread use of some type of testosterone in anabolic steroids by
competitors and bodybuilders and their negative effects on heart function were
also worrying. However, like my neighbor George, many men have taken
testosterone supplements for quite some time without any adverse effects. This
has allowed them to stay alive and strong throughout the peak years. Part II
will progressively review regular and established testosterone supplementation
strategies.
Although
lowering testosterone levels is a hallmark of more experience, you do not have
to live with personal satisfaction that influences the indications that can
