Life in
advanced countries is developing at a fast and joyful pace, leaving a steady
breath at the end of each working day. For all practical purposes, the
coordinator of each person who works is complemented by professional
arrangements. Does the advanced worker still have the energy for a legitimate
break? The pitiful truth is that many city dwellers do not appreciate quiet
tranquility. However, the rest is urgent to well-being and ideal mental work.
If you are
one of the many restless workers, you will surely miss the medical benefits of
a calming respite:
1. Your body
gets better when you have enough peace: During the day, a considerable number
of cells are damaged by natural poisons and typical physical action. When you
rest, your body repairs and replaces these damaged tissues. When you get up the
next morning, you will feel invigorated and find the quality and energy to face
another day. The right rest can also help your resistance. It eliminates all
the toxins you have earned during the day and fights distant invaders in your
body. Have you ever seen how effective the basic virus was when you needed more
rest?
2. The data
collected during the day is prepared and recorded when you rest: There are
different degrees of calm. The deepest level is called REM (Rapid Eye
Movement). This is the level at which you have dreams. During the REM, the mind
will continue to save the basic data you have collected during the day. For
this reason, it is important not to miss a night's sleep when planning painful
mental exercises the next day (eg, assessments, professional introductions,
etc.). Remember that synapses and neurons are repaired and replaced at rest.
That way, it's important that you get enough rest.
3. Rest can
help anticipate malignant growth: Melatonin, the hormone that induces rest, can
prevent the disease by suppressing the growth of tumors. Melatonin is produced
without light, usually in the evening, when the world is dark. Studies have
shown that people working in very late teams are at greater risk for malignant
breast and colon growth because they need more melatonin. This is in contrast
to people who rest regularly in the evening. If you need to rest during the
day, make sure your room is boring enough to allow your body to form melatonin.
4. Rest can
help you lose weight and improve your mental state: Much of the body's science,
especially hormones, is taken out of parity if you do not rest enough. Some of
these hormones are serotonin, ghrelin, and leptin. Lower levels of serotonin,
the "satisfaction hormone", can make you feel depressed and
discouraged. Ghrelin and leptin are also affected when you need more rest.
These two hormones control your hunger. The irregularity of these hunger hormones
can cause a senseless craving, and you understand what force-feeding can do
against your panic. Getting in shape does not just mean getting there. A good
night's sleep should also be a priority for your management.
5. Rest can
make your heart more refreshing: Hypertension is associated with pressure and
lack of rest and has been elevated to a risk factor for heart failure and
stroke. In any case, to rest your heart, rest 6 to 8 hours a day. The more you
rest, the less your heart is focused.
Unlike robots,
we are exhausted. No matter when we get dressed, our body sends us signs and we
must join. We do not have to go beyond the limits to give in to social demands.
It's okay to take things in moderation, leave them for tomorrow and get the
reward for a decent break. Remember that well-being is also wealth.
