As a
specialist, I spend most of the day in front of the PC. At this point, I go
home after dark and sit in front of my computer all night to continue working
on missions near home. If you have a working life compared to this (and as you
browse it on your PC, I bet you do), you probably feel a lack of vitality all
the time and ask yourself what was your childhood? and life.
Allow me to
clarify my experiences a little bit. When I was at school, I was a full-time
student, but I planned a public event after school. I was a very dynamic
specialist in Shaolin Kung Fu and Vinyasa Yoga. Immediately after leaving
school to join "this present reality," I became a confirmed yoga
teacher. I was convinced that I could practice yoga and continue working between
hours. HA! I discovered that it does not take much else to consider Joe to be
at work. Shortly after I got onto the job market, I lost my level of activity,
my intelligent dietary tendencies, feeling exhausted and losing track of my
essential nature.
I'm sure every
rusty American is aware of the need to do sports to keep fit as a violin. We
are not stupid. Not an overweight and flabby person woke up and said, "You
know what, I have to be fat every day and feel like mud when I wake up."
But where do we have enough energy to make the smartest decision for our body?
The Americans have the busiest schedules of the world's population. Really, who
has enough energy to spend the prescribed hour in 90 minutes of the working
day? Who has enough energy to cook so fast while eating? Why get a natural
product while the biting machine is so beneficial?
Do you know
anything else? Regardless, I do not want to shit anymore systematically. Do you
need to know why? I investigated what I did and what I could do to fix it.
First, and
this is such an important and neglected step forward, I have replaced soft
drinks with water. Our body needs water and a special pH for virtually all
indoor interventions. The soft drink brings our body into an increasingly
acidic pH balance and allows the body to dry unintentionally.
Second, I
started dodging the candy machine. I used the advantage of cooking at home. It
allows me to earn money and, frankly, really saves personal time. I try to
prepare dinners that I know make excellent leftovers so I can take them for
lunch the next day. In this way, the time spent preparing the night before is
reduced by the shorter lunch the next day.
Finally, I
found that there were small periods of breaks or breaks throughout the day. At
the moment, I get up rather, spend 10 to 15 minutes, and I do explicit
activities to keep my body in the shade. These little "mobile" breaks
make me feel a lot better and better than any espresso or snicker break at any
time. I practice yoga and kung fu, which I master.
Believe me, you
should feel better, but believe that you just do not have enough energy in your
life to do this. You must take a step back, take a look at your life and see
what can be improved and motivated. Undoubtedly, one hour of activity and an
incredible sound diet would be perfect, but you can now start making small
changes with little progress.
If you are
not sure where to start, there are a lot of websites on the internet and some
good e-books to help you out. Start with a few small advances and make an authentic
gesture for a better life in this New Year.
OKAY! One
last thing missed me almost! Do not take weight loss tablets for heaven's sake
!!! Many of them destroy the organs and the main reason they seem to get in
shape is that they drain your water and your body! All this advertising to
stimulate your digestion is a little true. Does a possible disappointment of
the kidneys still ring as a charming symptom?
